Custom Polo Shirts for Companies with Your Embroidered Logo
Custom polo shirts for companies are the most common garment in an office uniform, a sales team, and a trade show stand: they withstand washes, require little ironing, and look good with jeans or a blazer. We apply your embroidered logo on the left chest, in a small size and with subtle colours. We produce from 25 units, and each person chooses their size and colour on the portal.
Weight and Knit Type Make the Difference
A corporate polo is judged six months in, not the day it arrives. What determines if it stays in use is the weight: below 180 g/m² the piqué deforms at the collar and becomes see-through; between 200 and 220 g/m², with combed cotton, the garment maintains its shape and colour after dozens of washes. For teams standing or outdoors, a technical polyester polo of 140-160 g/m² makes more sense, as it dries faster and weighs less, although the embroidery is slightly less defined than on cotton.
The other critical point is where and how the logo is placed. Embroidered on the left chest, between 6 and 8 cm wide, is the standard position for custom corporate textiles and the one that wears out the least with use, as it is outside the areas of friction. If the logo has gradients or more than six colours, embroidery simplifies them: in that case, screen transfer or, on technical polos, cut vinyl is advisable. Before approving anything, you'll see the polo with your logo applied on screen, with the real position and size.
What You Can Customise
- The embroidered logo on the left chest (6-8 cm), with the option of a second marking on the sleeve or back for events.
- Garment colour and cut: men's, fitted women's, and unisex, in sizes from XS to 4XL depending on the model.
- The material: cotton piqué, combed cotton, blend with elastane, or technical polyester, depending on whether the polo is for office or outdoor use.
- Finishing details: tone-on-tone or contrasting buttons, inner neck trim, neck label with your brand, and custom composition label.
- The ensemble: the same logo and palette on custom company t-shirts, sweatshirts, or custom workwear, so the whole team is coordinated.

How It's Done
- Design and Preview: you send us the logo in vector format (SVG, PDF, or AI) and, if you only have a PNG, we vectorise it. You choose the model and colours, and we send you the preview of the customised polo, with the real size and position of the marking.
- Production and Marking: upon approving the preview, the embroidery matrix or printing plates are prepared, and each garment is marked. Including embroidery digitisation, production usually takes about two to three weeks, depending on the model and quantity.
- Delivery: each person chooses size and colour on the Pekata portal, in their language, and decides whether to receive it at the office, event venue, or their home, in Spain and across Europe. You receive a single invoice.
Where They Work Best
The polo shirt is the versatile garment for sales and customer service teams: it identifies without disguising and can be worn all year round. At trade shows, it solves the issue of making the stand look uniform without spending on single-use clothing, and it fits in with the rest of the event, trade show, and conference merchandise. For field teams, combined with a softshell or vest, it covers almost any temperature.
It also works as a welcome gift for new joiners: a polo shirt in their size, chosen by the person themselves, within a corporate welcome pack with a notebook and bottle. It can be sent in the Pekata box, with a band, label, and card featuring your brand, and you can add gourmet products if it's a home delivery. For a mixed workforce, it's practical to offer two colours and the full range of sizes, from XS to 4XL: the embroidery matrix is the same, only the thread colour changes when the garment is dark.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a customised polo shirt with my company logo cost?
Between €16 and €28 per unit with the logo already applied and excluding VAT. A 180-200 g/m² cotton piqué with embroidery on the left chest ranges from €16-20; a 200-220 g/m² combed cotton or a long sleeve goes up to €22-28. The price decreases as the quantity increases, because the embroidery matrix is paid for only once.
What is the minimum order for customised polo shirts?
The minimum order is 25 units: we produce from 25 units, so you can order a polo for a specific new hire or three hundred for the entire workforce. What changes with volume is the unit price, not access to the product. You also don't need to commit to a fixed number per size.
How long does it take for an order of embroidered polo shirts to arrive?
Typically, it takes about two to three weeks from when you approve the preview, depending on the model, quantity, and technique. The digitisation of the embroidery matrix is done only once and adds a couple of days the first time you use that logo. If delivery is to individual addresses, the timeframe also depends on when each person confirms their size and address on the portal.
What is the best marking technique for a polo shirt?
For cotton, embroidery on the left chest at 6-8 cm wide: it withstands washing better than transfer, which cracks over time. If the logo has gradients or many colours, embroidery simplifies them and compensates for screen-printed transfer. On technical polyester polos, transfer or cut vinyl is used, as they weigh less on a fine fabric.
Can each employee choose their size and colour?
Yes, and this is standard in our orders. Each person logs into the portal in their language, selects size and colour from those you've enabled, and indicates where they want it delivered. HR doesn't need to collect sizes or addresses in a spreadsheet, and the company receives a single invoice.
